1. Minimum order quantity

No minimum order quantity limitation, any quantity is welcomed.

 

2. Shipment service

We can help and recommend a reliable shipping forwarder to ship the goods to the destination port. However, if you have a good shipping agent, we can also use yours.

 

3. Price terms

FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou port for full container load orders; EX work price for less container loaded orders.

 

4. Products warranty

We provide 1 year products warranty for all Uptop furniture.

 

5. Production lead time

One 20ft container 20-25 days One 40ft or 40'HC container will be 25-30 days.
Less container loaded (LCL) products same production time as one 20 ft container.
(noted: if one container mix items, please give us 1 week more for production )

 

6. Replacement Policy

As to oversea's orders we guarantee 12 month for any reason. In case that any defect item is found, please send us emails with specifics and pictures. We will send replacements part like the legs/arms/cushions to repair the furniture or make new replacement in any coming orders. Considering the overseas' long distance apart from China, small spare part for urgent needed can be sent by DHL (Less than 100USD DHL fees) and big spare part (Over 100USD deliver cost) can be sent by next coming order. In another way we will solve as discount with next order. We anyhow will give the solution for meeting any problem.

 

7. Products Inspection Policy

Since we provide 12 months guarantee, hereby we kindly require no inspection because our warehouse size limited. If new customer requirements to come to inspect goods, we can only provide the random inspection due to our warehouse size limited. Please kindly inform us 15 days in advance in case of the inspection is needed.

 

8. The leather / fabric / stainless steel what we use

The leather we use including italian top grain leather, aniline leather, bonded leather, Synthetic leather, Fabric, and we only use the high quality leather and fabric and can catch UK BS5852 and USA CA117 fire resistance regulations. The stainless steel we use is 201# and SUS304#, either polish or matte, brush finish which depends on different designs. All the fabric what we use is the high quality Synthetic leather and fabric.

 

9. Fabric or leather swatches available

You can choose leather, synthetic leather, laminate in our website. Further, we can use DHL/FEDEX sending the leather/ fabric swatches including wood/laminate sample for free to those customers who is going to make orders from us.

 

10. Extra Wood Pallet package service

If the goods is less container loaded, the goods has to be packed by an extra wood pallet to protect the carton box. Which needs to add an extra 8 USD per box. It can make sure no damage on way of complex transportation.
